We are all social creatures by nature, but knowing how to use Social Media sites is not something we were born to do.

We were busy enough before Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and blogging came along, and really most Local Business Owners simply don’t have the time to use all of these tools on a daily basis.
